I am interested in purchasing a bank owned home that was listed at 169,900. My realtor seems to think that this house was listed below market because it is a pretty nice house and it has a fantastic view of the pacific ocean and downtown San Diego California. I initially offered 180,000 on this house with 20 percent down payment with the seller paying 3 percent of the closing cost. My realtor informed me today that there are multiple offers on this home and the seller sent him a email asking for our highest and best offer.I actually found out that there are 10 offers and the house has only been on the market for 5 days. I inturn offered 182,000 with 20 per cent down with the seller paying 1.5 percent of the closing cost, which comes to 2,730.00.
